Healthcare
Countess of Chester Hospital
Client: IHP Value: £1.2m Sector: Healthcare
Supply and installation of 764 pre-hung doorsets, together with skirting boards and window boards, delivered in 2024/25.
North View
Client: IHP Value: £1.65m Sector: Healthcare
Supply and installation of timber joists and decking, then 980 pre-hung doorsets, 131 glazed screens, 8,955 linear metres of skirting and 733 linear metres of window boards in 2023/24. We also supplied and installed feature timber panelling to the ward entrances.
Paterson Building, The Christie
Client: IHP Value: £1.1m Sector: Healthcare
Supply and installation of 615 doorsets, including timber doorsets to aluminium glazed systems, timber glazed screens, skirting boards, window boards and stair stringers.
Alder Hey Children's Hospital
Client: Laing O’Rourke Value: £1.8m Sector: Healthcare
Installation of approximately 2,700 doorsets across the new hospital.
Whiston Hospital
Client: Taylor Woodrow Value: £1.4m Sector: Healthcare
Installation of around 3,300 doorsets, glazed screens and the IPS installation, delivered in 2008.
Aspen Wood Secure Unit

Supply and installation of timber joists and chipboard flooring, followed by 246 doorsets, 57 glazed screens and window boards, delivered in 2022/23.
Student accommodation
Fallowfield University Campus
Client: Vinci Building Value: £2.6m Sector: Student accommodation
Supply and installation of 3,500 pre-hung doorsets and 30,000 linear metres of skirting across 1,122 student bedrooms. Ironmongery included Salto access control to every cluster entrance and bedroom door, which we installed and helped commission on site.
Pavilions Campus, Lincoln
Client: IQSA Value: £950k Sector: Student accommodation
A full refurbishment of 151 en-suite bedrooms and 30 cluster kitchens, including decoration, Amtico flooring and electrical works, completed over a six-week period.
Newlands and Newtown House, Nottingham
Client: IQSA Value: £910k Sector: Student accommodation
A summer programme across two buildings. Full design and install to 33 studio apartments, including kitchens, appliances, bedroom furniture, flooring and decoration, plus new flooring and decoration to 113 further studios and refurbished communal areas.
Education
Kings High School
Client: Vinci Building Value: £1m Sector: Education
Supply and installation of around 443 doorsets, glazed screens, window boards, skirtings and a feature staircase, plus specialist doorsets within the school leisure centre.
Wade Deacon Sports College
Client: Vinci Building Value: £450k Sector: Education
Supply and installation of around 281 doorsets, glazed screens, window boards and skirtings in 2012, plus bespoke joinery to the existing façade to maintain the school’s heritage.
Commercial and retail
Warrington Times Square
Client: Vinci Building Value: £1.2m Sector: Commercial and retail
Three phases over two years covering a cinema and retail unit fit-out, a six-storey council office and an indoor market. We supplied and installed all internal doorsets and ironmongery, plus the full internal joinery package to the market, including shopfronts and stall counters.
